The Rising Star Lab, is the Accra Art Week’s flagship artist support and professional practice initiative designed to strengthen the sustainability and global competitiveness of emerging and mid-career artists in Ghana and the wider region.
The program addresses critical gaps in artists’ professional capacity by providing structured, practical learning across key areas essential to building viable creative careers. These include financial literacy, marketing and branding, production management, legal and contractual literacy, and professional practice within local and international art ecosystems.
